However, due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, our return and refund policy is subject to specific conditions. 1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Item: If the wrong item was delivered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Important Notes:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or for items that have been used or opened unless the product is defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide Details: Provide your order number, details of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), and pictures of the product (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will arrange for the return shipping at no additional cost to you. In the case of an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees.
3. Refunds
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds are not processed through payment systems. Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If your returned item is approved for a refund, the amount will be refunded to you in cash upon collection of the returned product.
- Refund Process: The refund will be processed once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Timeframe: The refund will be issued to you within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will process a return and issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the correct product.
